Tips Lower your Blood Pressure

If you have high blood pressure, here are some recommendation:
-Exercise at least a 4 hours a week
-Loose or maintain a normal weight
-Quit smoking
-Reduce the amount of alcohol you drink
-Eat a healthy diet (limiting meat intake).
A diet to lower hypertension should include greater amounts of fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grains while reducing fat and sodium.
The micro-nutrients potassium, magnesium and calcium are also part of a blood pressure diet.
