Nuts are healthful choice

A new review of past studies suggests that people can safely add or replace other foods (such as meat) for a handful of nuts without gaining weight.

Previous research has already linked nut-containing diets to a lower risk of death, diabetes, cholesterol levels and high blood pressure.

Nuts may also suppress hunger because of their unsaturated fats, fiber and protein.

However, to get the full benefits of heart protection strive to include the nuts to a healthy diet containing fruits and vegetables.
