Bio:
Michele is President of MMK Enterprises, Inc., a coaching and consulting company. Through her business coaching, she focuses on helping overwhelmed and overextended entrepreneurs and executives of small businesses to manage the changing needs of their growing businesses while improving their quality of life.
Michele has 13 years experience in professional life business coaching working with and developing small businesses. Her experience ranges from network marketing, to retail, to law & accounting firms.
Michele received her coach training from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC), for which she is now the Midwest Regional Director. She has also received certification in Emotional Intelligence, which has been found to be a key factor in developing leadership and interpersonal skills within a company. She is currently the President of the Chicago Chapter of the International Coach Federation.
