“I am a Naturopathic Doctor, Certified Personal Trainer and have been working hand and hand with one of the top physical therapists in the area. My main focus is performance training, corrective exercise, soft tissue manipulation and nutritional health and counseling. I have been a practicing Naturopath since 2007, focusing on the nutritional needs of clients and athletes. I use various soft tissue techniques to relieve pain and lack of motion. When it comes to training I zero in on the function of the muscle. I have been training since 2003, and have studied under various mentors focusing on corrective exercise and rehab as well as sports performance training and Bio-Mechanics. ”
